TUMBLING

 

BEGINNER Tumbling program

A beginner tumbling program that focuses on developing fundamental tumbling skills, body awareness and core strength. Students learn skills including handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, bridges and back walkovers with the goal to develop the strength, flexibility and coordination necessary to advance to the Back Handspring Class. This program meets twice per week.


Back Handspring program

A staple of cheer, this class focuses on learning, strengthening, and perfecting the back handspring. Success in this class prepares the tumbling student for upper level tumbling programs. This program meets twice per week.


Int/Adv Tumbling

Intermediate and Advanced Level students expand their skills and connect individual movements through a variety of tumbling combinations.
