Cheer
Cheer 101
New athletes will learn the fundamentals of cheerleading in our Cheer 101 program. From proper motion and jump technique to learning how to tumble and dance, students will be introduced to and experience what it takes to be a cheerleader. Note: This class is offered seasonally.
Game Day
Our Game Day class trains current school cheerleaders to be game day ready at all times. Be challenged to take your personal performance to higher heights for the upcoming season through ongoing training and support. Our team will help you set goals and train you in a manner so that you can achieve them. Note: This class is offered seasonally.
Teams
Practicing with a team allows athletes to apply their skills while building character as they learn responsibility, how to effectively listen and communicate, empathy, and leadership. Best of all, performing with a team builds strong friendships and is a lot of fun! Even beginner athletes can be placed on a team after completing an evaluation, “tryout”. If you’re interested in team placement for your student, make sure to talk to your coach about the next available tryout.
Jump Technique
Jumping requires strength, power and flexibility. This specialty class will focus on these key elements by combining technical instruction with plyometric exercises, strength training and stretching to help athletes achieve results.
Spirit Dance
So, you love to dance? We do too! Our Spirit! Dance class offers cardio and fun in one. Learn the latest in choreography and dance your heart out each week to some of your favorite songs.
