This unique parent and child class encourages movement through fun activities in a stimulating environment. Our Parent/Child class offers children the opportunity to explore and develop important motor skills while learning how to tumble. Open to children 18 months-2 years of age.

Jumping requires strength, power and flexibility. This specialty class will focus on these key elements by combining technical instruction with plyometric exercises, strength training and stretching to help athletes achieve results.
So, you love to dance? We do too! Our Spirit! Dance class offers cardio and fun in one. Learn the latest in choreography and dance your heart out each week to some of your favorite songs. Open to ages 4 and up.
Sideline Spirit offers tumbling classes at all levels from beginner to intermediate and advanced. Select classes develop both running and standing tumbling skills and others focus on standing tumbling skills alone.
Our Game Day class trains current school cheerleaders to be game day ready at all times. Be challenged to take your personal performance to higher heights for the upcoming season through ongoing training and support. Our team will help you set goals and train you in a manner so that you can achieve them.
Spirit! Bootcamp is a program that was designed with school cheerleading tryouts in mind. This program develops one’s skill set through training twice a week for an hour and a half in a team setting. Participants will experience the commitment and determination that it takes to become a school cheerleader as they learn all aspects of the sport including motion technique, cheers and sidelines, jumps, tumbling, dance, stunts and cheer safety. Individuals will even have the opportunity to perform at games and special events to get the ultimate SIDELINE experience. This program will prepare one for school cheerleading tryouts with the end goal of helping them make the team!
Our Spirit! Team develops individuals into strong cheerleaders while teaching the importance of teamwork, leadership and service. The Spirit Team! practices once a week for an hour and a half each week and performs at select games and special events throughout the season.
We are exited to introduce a new program at S! called the Jr. Xtreme Team. The Jr. Xtreme Team is open to youth ages 9-11 years. This performance based squad will perform at special events (ie. festivals, parades, high school and collegiate games, etc) and the team will act as Sideline Spirit ambassadors by spreading spirit throughout our community.
Practices are held twice a week for an. Students that become of this program will benefit from core cheer training including instruction of cheers, chants, and dances, as well as proper jump technique,stunt and tumbling. The Jr. Xtreme Team is a program that bridges Spirit Team and Spirit Bootcamp while offering unique and fun experiences throughout the community. Sideline Spirit! is now offering a Stunt Class! Our staff will provide the proper tools that your child will need to be successful and confident in her stunting skills. Class goers will learn proper stunting technique and safety while sharpening their stunt skills for the upcoming season. It's a fun class, along with a great workout!
Tumbling constantly challenges athletes and improves self-confidence with each new skill that is learned. In our Home School P.E. class, students will enjoy a fun filled workout each week as our coaches teach the foundations of tumbling through various exercises, drills, games and circuit training in a safe and encouraging environment.

*NEW CLASS* This class is designed to help with mascot character development. Perfect for current school mascots and/or aspiring mascots. This class meets twice a month (every other week). Open to ages 9 and up.
We have designed a class that is sure to get you fit and flexible. Our Special Needs class combines stretching, athletic drills and tumble circuit training to build strength, coordination and flexibility.
